Now more commonplace, this holistic perspective looks at treating the whole person - mind, body, and soul - through the provision of better nutrition and exercise tips, recipes, guidance on excercise, massage therapies, relaxation techniques, and stress management.

Some of our Scleroderma patients have been kind and willing enough to share with the rest of our community and by extension the world, their personal stories on how much Scleroderma has changed their lives. Many of these Testimonials relate some of the physical transformations and emotional challenges which were faced, and how the presence of the Foundation has had an impact.
