Ingredients: 1 large or two medium cucumbers, peeled and seeded 2 green onions .75 ounces dill (one herb pack, a little over 1/3 of a cup) 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste) 1/2 cup hemp seeds 1/2 cup of water to get the blender going drizzle olive oil Preparation: Blend everything in the blender.
